We are looking for ambitious and energetic FREELANCERS who can work as Business Development Managers (BDM) to help us expand our clientele across the globe. We are young IT Company delivering Cyber Security, IT Infra Management Services, Digital Marketing and other IT Support Services.
These BDMs will be the front of the company and should have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. They will have to build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. To achieve this, they need to find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future.
The remuneration will be on profit sharing basis which can be a minimum of 10-15 Lakh Per Annum or above based on the business generated.
BDMs will work as a business partner and hence would be a big leap for their growth.
The role focuses on the sale of IT Services, IT Product, Computer Software, Website Development, Software Development and Digital Marketing directly and indirectly to Higher Education institutions, Non IT Company, other Company Who Need Support and includes:
Research of new business opportunities, likely sales points and budgets
Developing sales strategies to achieve long term growth in selected accounts
Align Pearson capability with our customers’ critical business issues
Deploy company resources to develop customer relationships and meet revenue goals
Strong selling skills / negotiation and presentation skills
Demonstrate collaborative attitude and behaviour consistent with team and organisational values
Aptitude for learning new technologies and skills. Comfortable with digital media
Field based & willingness to travel (up to 100%)
Demonstrable track record in leading a high-performance sales team
Extensive experience in leading complex deal sizes.
Prior global responsibility for multinational accounts
Executive level business acumen and financial/analytical skills
Proactive, strategic planning experience and approach
Knowledge of the local market and network
Develop account strategy, improve win-rate and accelerate opportunity closure on key accounts.
Provide Executive leadership on the end-end sales process and sales centre sales initiatives.
Assure appropriate level of communication and engagement from all internal and external stakeholders.
Driving execution of the Science of Consultative Selling principles and other approaches.
Provide additional executive customer contact and positioning.
Develop account managers across the team.
